RFC FUTURES is Rochester FC's recreational youth soccer program designed to provide a fun, affordable, and development-focused experience for players of all skill levels. Built in partnership with Major League Soccer, the program offers age-appropriate training and small-sided games that help young athletes develop technical skills, build confidence, stay active, and foster a lifelong love for the game.

More Touches, More Development, More Fun

Our MLS GO leagues are designed around 3v3 and 4v4 small-sided games, giving players more opportunities to be involved in the action. With fewer players on the field, each child gets more touches on the ball, more chances to make decisions, and more opportunities to develop confidence in game situations.

This format helps young players build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of soccer, including dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and spatial awareness. Small-sided play also encourages creativity, teamwork, and a greater understanding of the game, all while keeping the experience fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.
